  • Warm water for face washing
  • A mirror
  • Gentle music or silence (optional)

Step 1: Wake Up with Intention

As you wake up, before checking your phone, sit on your bed and take 3 deep breaths. Silently say to yourself:

“I greet this day with clarity, calm, and energy. I am in harmony with myself.”

Step 2: Energetic Face Washing

  • Wash your face with cool or warm water.
  • If you have rose water, gently wipe your face with it.
  • Look into the mirror and smile at yourself — this is important.

Step 3: Saffron Drink

  • Add 2–3 strands of saffron to your warm milk (or water). Let it steep for 2–3 minutes.
  • You can add a teaspoon of honey for a softer taste.
  • Slowly drink it while seated, with full attention (not while walking or using your phone).

As you sip, silently repeat:

“I receive light, strength, and warmth. This day is mine.”

Step 4: Apply Saffron Topically (Optional)

If there’s a little saffron-infused milk left:

  • Dip your finger and gently apply it between your eyebrows (third eye).
