🔹 Poses

Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Butterfly) — opens the pelvis, relaxes the nervous system

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose) — supports thyroid and ovaries

Balasana (Child’s Pose) — calming, restorative

Viparita Karani (Legs Up the Wall) — normalizes hormones, reduces fatigue

Marichyasana III — gentle twists for liver support and hormonal balance


🔹 Practices / Breathing

  • Pranayama:
    • Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) — balances left and right brain hemispheres, hormones
    • Diaphragmatic Breathing — calms the nervous system
  • Chakra Meditation:
    • Svadhisthana (2nd Chakra) — pelvis, emotions, hormonal system

Gentle Body Detox: light twists, pelvic rocking, abdominal massage
